Processing Time

  • Ready to ship items: 3 to 5 business days
  • Made to order items: 7 to 10 business days
    You will receive an email when your order is confirmed and another when it ships.

Where We Ship

  • We ship within the United States.
  • For international requests, please email us via our contact page and include your destination country and the items you want.

Carriers and Services

Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier is chosen based on speed, reliability, and your address. P.O. Boxes ship by USPS.

Shipping Rates

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
  • If you need a rush option, email us before ordering and we will confirm availability.

Tracking

  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order leaves our studio.
  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the label is created.

Address Accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to correct it, email us within 12 hours of ordering. If the order has shipped, redirect or reship fees may apply.

Delivery Timeframes

Carrier delivery estimates begin after your order has shipped. Weather, holidays, and carrier volume can cause delays. These delays are outside our control, but we will help you track the package.

Multiple Items

To protect artwork and jewelry, items may ship in separate packages at no extra cost to you. You will receive tracking for each package.

Packaging and Gift Notes

All items are carefully packed for safe travel. We can include a short gift note and omit prices on the packing slip if you request it at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • In transit longer than expected: Start by contacting the carrier with your tracking number, then email us so we can help open a claim.
  • Marked delivered but not received: Check with neighbors and your local post office or carrier first, then email us.
  • We cannot replace orders that show confirmed delivery, but we will do our best to help find a solution.

Damaged on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged, email photos and your order number within 7 days of delivery. We will repair, replace, or refund if we cannot fix the issue. Keep all packaging until we advise next steps.

Returns

Because each piece is handcrafted, all sales are final. For order issues, see the section above or email us.

International Orders by Request

If we confirm an international order, buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. Transit times vary by location and customs processing.
