How do I place an order?
Add items to cart and check out through our secure payment system. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 12 hours of placing the order. If your order has shipped, we cannot make changes.

Do you offer custom work?
Yes, for jewelry and paintings. Email your idea and budget. A deposit may be required. Custom pieces are final sale.

We ship within the United States. For international requests, email us.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.

Delays
Carrier or weather delays are outside our control. We will help you track the package.

Returns and Exchanges

Because each piece is handcrafted, all sales are final.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email photos and your order number within 7 days of delivery. We will repair, replace, or refund if we cannot fix the issue.

Repairs and Resizing

If something breaks with normal wear within 30 days, contact us and we will repair it. After 30 days, repairs may be available for a small fee. Resizing is considered case by case.

Sizing and Fit

Bracelets
Measure your wrist snugly, then add 0.5 to 1 inch for comfort.

Necklaces
Common lengths: 16 in choker, 18 in standard, 20 to 24 in longer. Use a string to test length in a mirror.

Cowboy hat bands
Measure around the base of the crown above the brim. Provide the exact circumference in inches.

Boot bracelets
Most styles are adjustable. If you have a specific boot shaft circumference, include it in the notes.

Materials and Care

Jewelry
Made with semi-precious stones and metals. Avoid water, lotions, perfume, and sweat. Store in a dry pouch. Wipe gently with a soft cloth.

Paintings (acrylic and gouache)
Keep out of direct sunlight and humidity. Dust with a clean, soft brush. Frame behind UV protective glazing if possible.

Photography prints
Handle by the edges. Keep away from moisture and direct sunlight. Frame promptly for best protection.

Gifts and Packaging

We can include a short gift note and omit prices on the packing slip. Add your message at checkout or email us after you order.

Payment, Taxes, and Security

We accept major credit and debit cards and trusted online payment methods. Taxes are collected where required by law. Payments are processed securely. We do not store full card numbers.

Lost or stolen package
Start by contacting the carrier with your tracking number. Send us a message via our contact page. We will assist with a claim and look for a solution.

Wrong address
If you entered an incorrect address, send us a message via our contact page immediately. If the order has shipped, carrier redirection or reship fees may apply.
